Privacy policy
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you and run your project, and nothing else.
What we collect. When you fill out a form we receive the name, contact details and project notes you type. Our website host (Netlify) processes the form and delivers it to our email; we clear the host's submission log regularly. If you call, our answering service records the details you give so we can call you back. We use standard website analytics that report visits in aggregate.
What we do with it. We use it to reply to you, schedule a visit and, if you hire us, run your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to lead-generation services. Project photos are published only with your written permission and never with your address or last name.
Your choices. Email james@remodelormond.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Who we are. James Mizelle d/b/a Remodel Ormond, 386 S Atlantic Ave #1128, Ormond Beach, FL 32176. Florida Certified General Contractor license in process.
